Our Story

Our Story – The Heart Behind LeSac

LeSac by PatRam was born from a lifelong passion for art, education, culture, and healing through creativity. Raised in an artistic family deeply rooted in Haitian culture, Patricia Rameau (PatRam) grew up surrounded by painters and musiciens whose work shaped her sense of beauty and appreciation for art. Inspired by the powerful visual language of celebrated Haitian artists in her community and the vibrant colors of her homeland, art became her peaceful refuge, a place of emotional restoration and spiritual grounding.

As an educator for more than 28 years, working with children of all backgrounds and abilities, Patricia used art as a tool for expression, confidence-building, and emotional healing. Her artistic journey evolved from the classroom to personal artistic exploration—where canvases, sculptures, and murals slowly transitioned into a new medium: wearable art.

The first LeSac pieces were created as meaningful gifts hand-painted, personal, and full of intention. Their uniqueness and emotional depth resonated instantly, and soon, requests began pouring in from people seeking original, one‑of‑a‑kind pieces that made them feel seen and celebrated.

Today, LeSac is more than a handbag. It represents:
